Pena Palace

We took the train to Sintra, a quaint little town that deserves a revisit. The highlight, besides an amazing lunch in a little tea room, was this palace perched way up high above the town. To get there you needed a bus, then a little trolley and then you had to walk the rest of the way. I felt like Rapunzel, up in her tower - and such views! Lots of turrets and lots of climbing. Like a fairy tale...
