Garden Fresh

Today is "farm day", the first of the season that we can collect our garden share from Deri Farm in North Yarmouth. When I arrived it was like a fresh market stand - after you sign in there are baskets of produce and signs indicating how much you could take. Today there were 3 variety of lettuce, rainbow swiss chard, beets and greens, baby onions and as many chard stems as you wanted. Sweet! Happy first day of summer.
